¿Sabías que “I hope,” “I wait” y “I expect” se dice “Espero”?

En el episodio de hoy aprenderás que en español usamos el mismo verbo para estos tres verbos en inglés.

  1. Me tienes confundido, Andrea. I can see what you’re saying in a way but I think the word expect can have-different meanings that might not jive with the word esperar. Wait a minute I think I got it. I guess it all depends on the wording. If I want to say, I hope it rains tomorrow. I should say espero que llueva mañana. But if I want to say , we’re expecting rain tomorrow, I should say esperamos lluvia mañana. Is that right?
