¡Hola! Mi nombre es Delkin Barrios.
Soy de Bucaramanga, Colombia. Soy tutora de español y me encanta hablar con los estudiantes y ayudarles a mejorar y aprender de forma divertida.
Yo te ayudaré con tu pronunciación, a corregir tus errores y a aprender nuevas palabras y frases cotidianas. Haremos ejercicios de lectura y otras actividades muy divertidas.
Soy trabajadora social de profesión y la repostería es una de las cosas que más me gusta hacer. Me encanta hornear y decorar tortas o galletas.
Tengo dos hijos de 17 y 19 años con quienes he vivido en 3 regiones diferentes de mi país: Bucaramanga, Barranquilla y Bogotá, que es donde vivimos ahora.
Espero verte en clase y ser parte de tu proceso con el español.

Hola, soy Paula de Colombia.
Me gusta viajar, conocer nuevas culturas, personas y vivir diferentes experiencias. Es por esto que decidí hacer un intercambio de trabajo en Estados Unidos por dos años. Allí pude vivir una experiencia de inmersión, gracias a esto, pude entender que la mejor forma de aprender un nuevo idioma es hacerlo con personas nativas.
Deseo dejar un grano de arena en este camino que se llama vida. Por eso decidí ser parte de esta increíble comunidad de Spanishlad School. He estado en tu lugar y sé lo difícil que puede ser aprender un nuevo idioma, ¡pero no te preocupes!
Estoy acá para ayudarte a alcanzar tu objetivo de aprender español. Lo haremos juntos a través de clases interactivas, con las cuales podrás sentirte cómodo y escuchado.

Soy Diana Aguilar
Soy Diana, tía de Andrea. Ahora, estoy haciendo clases de Zoom conversacionales con los estudiantes de Spanishland School.
Soy abogada y vivo en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia. Me encanta ayudar a las personas y también enseñar, así que por eso he decidido ser parte de este nuevo proyecto en el que queremos ayudarte a mejorar tu español.
Estoy muy emocionada de poder ayudarte a practicar tu español. Sé que vas a aprender mucho. En estas clases podemos hablar de los temas que tu escojas, y también podemos enfocarnos en las estructuras gramaticales específicas que prefieras.
Vamos a crear un documento de Google para ti y lo utilizaremos en las lecciones y allí tendrás un resumen del vocabulario, expresiones y gramática de cada lección. Nos vemos en clase pronto.

One of the many great things about Spanishland School has been the opportunity to have conversation classes with Diana. In addition to being a delightful person to converse with, Diana is an incredible teacher with a lot of grammatical knowledge. The time I spend with her always challenges my Spanish skills in a way that isn’t possible in regular grammar classes. Our real life spontaneous conversations have helped me to identify my growth areas in Spanish and to consolidate what I have learned in other areas. My conversation classes with her, combined with the other course work, have helped me to achieve a higher level of Spanish than I would have thought was possible. I am grateful to Spanishland for offering students this very valuable learning opportunity.

Diana always sends the group the powerpoint afterwards so I can practice more on my own. I also like to take one-on-one classes with Diana for general conversion, or if I am struggling with something in particular, she takes the time to explain the concept and set up exercises to practice it. It helps so much and now I have more confidence to speak with people I meet. Plus, I feel that I have learned about what life is like in Colombia as we talk about things going on in our lives, and even more importantly I have made a new friend! Diana is a wonderful teacher and I feel so lucky to have met her.

I just had a class with Diana Aguilar and two other students. I just wanted to give you the feedback that this was an amazing experience for me. Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the entire class is in Spanish and the point is for you to hear Spanish and speak Spanish the entire time with a natural Colombian Spanish speaker.
All the video calls will be done over Zoom. We will send you a link to join the Zoom call once you book the class.
We will work with you to try and find a time that works for your schedule.
